This is a collaboration between Raison d'être, a Himeji-based brand famous for its lemon cake, and Lemon Life, a leading figure in Harajuku culture. We interviewed Tsunetake Hioki of think garbage, the man who conceived and brought the project to fruition. We trace the story behind the project. Based on his experience as editor-in-chief and head of the IT division at a Kumamoto regional magazine and his involvement in domestic and international planning, development, and PR, including the Kumamon launch project, he founded think garbage Inc. on July 7, 2013, with the desire to spread "unseen great things and experiences" from Kumamoto to the rest of Japan and the world. In addition to providing web management services to over 500 companies, from corporations to hotels and inns, he also handles planning and PR for local governments, primarily in Kyushu. He also works on regional revitalization digital transformation projects and is involved in the zero phase of the Honda Business Lab. His diverse activities also include hosting "Katte ni Southern DAY" as a producer, founding the Tokyo support logo "KISS, TOKYO," and running the Fujiyoshida City revitalization community "Kissa Lemon." Finally, his long-held dream of becoming a film director was fulfilled with the release of his film "Ice Cream Fever" in July 2023.
