There is almost no shade along the entire route, so a midsummer walk here would be quite tough. Even in late May the sun was fairly strong, but a steady breeze off the river made it more comfortable than expected. There are no flashy highlights as such -- but we loved the quiet time it offered: a relaxed 1,003m loop enjoyed against the open scenery of the suigo (river-laced lowland) landscape.
