Teaching My First Yoga Class! | 7-Minute Core Flow

Today is a special milestone in my Yoga Teacher Training journey… This is the first time I’ve taught a complete mini yoga class on camera. In this 7-minute core flow, we explore how subtle engagement creates strength, stability, and awareness throughout the body. Beginning in Ardha Navasana (Half Boat Pose), we move through a sequence designed to awaken the entire core while building balance and coordination. This practice includes: ✨ Half Boat Pose (Ardha Navasana) ✨ Peaceful Pointer variations ✨ Oblique strengthening pulses ✨ Alternating side-body activation ✨ Overhead arm variations ✨ Flexed-foot leg reaches ✨ Gentle relaxation to finish Throughout the practice, I focus on one of the biggest lessons I’m learning during teacher training: Strength doesn’t come from forcing. It comes from awareness. Small adjustments in engagement, breath, and alignment often create the biggest transformation. Whether you’re joining me as a beginner or simply following along with my Yoga Teacher Training journey, I’m grateful you’re here.
