Ameliyat Sonrası Akciğer Egzersizi

After major surgeries like bariatric surgery, the lungs and related areas often experience the greatest difficulties. A person can't live without breathing, or if they breathe inadequately, it causes a host of problems. To avoid these problems, it's essential for our patients to breathe properly and adequately. Factors that make breathing difficult in obese patients after surgery: 1- Abdominal surgery and associated pain, and inadequate use of the abdominal muscles. 2- Increased intra-abdominal pressure caused by obesity pushes the diaphragm upward, narrowing the lung space and making breathing difficult. 3- As the human body grows, the amount of oxygen it requires increases. We could list many more, but these are the main reasons why breathing becomes difficult for obese people after surgery, and lung exercises are even more important. Therefore, patients should be taught how to train their lungs and breathe efficiently with tri-flu. In this video, Physical Therapist Dr. Bilge Nur Kılınç explains how to perform lung exercises, accompanied by a practical application on a patient by Physiotherapist Mervenur Arıoğlu, an expert in this field. What are they used for? I'll try to explain them one by one. #lungexercise #postsurgerybreathing #postsurgerybreathing #obesitysurgery #obesitysurgery @drbigenurkilinc @fzt.mervenur @fahriyetisir @medicalpark
