First, chop the onion and your choice of meat. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the chorizo and onion and cook until fragrant. 3. Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes. Then add the tomato sauce. Adding the sauce before the rice helps prevent it from becoming mushy. 4.Add the cooked rice and fry everything together. 5.Season with soy sauce, chicken or vegetable stock, salt, and pepper. 6.In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into another heated non-stick pan. Spread the eggs evenly, stirring gently to create a soft scrambled texture. 7.Place some of the rice mixture in the middle of the omelette and gently fold the omelette over the rice. 8.Flip onto a plate and shape gently. If you like, use a paper towel over the omelette to help shape it neatly on the plate. Top with more tomato sauce if desired. --- Credit: Music: by Artsiom Bialou from Pixabay Soundeffect: chew 2.wav by Luthien22 -- https://freesound.org/s/467625/ -- License: Creative Commons 0 Voiceover created with Elevenlabs Editor & Videographer: Artist Sethie - https://artistsethie.com/
