Wálter Casagrande Júnior, born 15 April 1963 in São Paulo (Brazil). 106 games and 26 goals in Serie A, playing as forward with Ascoli and Torino. He is remembered as an idol with the club's fans (both Ascoli and Torino), helping Ascoli win promotion from Serie B to Serie A (1990/91) and Torino to reach Uefa Cup Final (1991/92), to win Coppa Italia (1992/93) and to score against great rivals like Juventus and Real Madrid. With the Brazil national football team, Casagrande played in 19 matches between April 1985 and June 1986, scoring 9 goals. He was left off of the team that took part at the 1982 FIFA World Cup, but he played in 3 games during the 1986 FIFA World Cup.
