Your dwelling place, Father, Sings day and night! Here live and dwell in glory Christ and the children that You gave Him! How lovely are Your dwelling places, Lord, God of hosts! My soul faints, And longs for the courts of the Lord! My heart and flesh Rejoice in the Living God! At the altars of the Lord And the bird brings forth her young Blessed are they that dwell in thy house, They shall praise thee for ever, Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee, And whose ways are in his heart to thee! Passing through the valley of weeping, We discover the springs in it, And the early rain covers With its blessing! We go from strength to strength, We stand before God in the Church. Lord, God of hosts, Hear the prayer, answer! O God, our Protector, Look upon the faces of the anointed, A day in thy courts, Better than all other days! It is better to be at the threshold, In the house of my God, Than in the tents of wickedness, My King and my God!
