The dessert is made from 3 layers: dough, cream, chocolate topping. Ingredients for dough: 4 large eggs 200 g powdered sugar 50 g melted butter 100 g flour (can be substituted with 100 g of almond flour) 12 g baking powder 40 g cacao Ingredients for the cream: 250 g butter (soft) 500 g ricotta cheese 200 g powdered sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Ingredients for the chocolate topping: 200 g of dark chocolate (recommend 70% cacao) 200 g of heavy cream (36% fat) For the recipe, simply follow instructions in the video.
