The number and color of the wires are specified in the single-line diagram and construction conditions of the problem, so you can definitely connect them without drawing a double-line diagram. I felt that it was better not to draw a double-line diagram. I explained the reasons and methods. If you can't explain it well, it means you don't understand, so I explained it for study purposes.
