🇧🇬 I'm in the town of Chernoochene (Yeni Pazar / Kara Gözler), in the Kardzhali Province of Bulgaria! In this first episode, I explore the town's transformation from past to present. We see that the market, once located in the center, has now moved to the bus station. I walked a little further down the road and stopped by Gülşenoğlu Baklavaları & Börek from Gaziantep; their cold baklava and milk puddings were truly delicious. During our town tour, we had a pleasant conversation with the locals at Sezay Market. Afterward, Sezgin Yusuf Abi offered me some "kebabçe" (meatballs) as a treat. Both the taste and the conversation were heartwarming.
