Adorable whole wheat bread made with Haoni's unique 5-minute hand-kneading method 🌾 Watch the video to find out the secret to its amazing moisture! 🔺 Product used: Shire Mill T80 Whole Wheat 🔺 Whole wheat flour varies greatly in milling degree and characteristics depending on the brand, so the amount of water required may differ from the recipe. Adjust the water amount according to the dough in the video. 🔺 Prepare hot water at least 70°C (166°F). I just boiled it and poured it in. 🔺 Vegetable oil: Use any oil with a mild aroma, such as canola oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, or grapeseed oil. ❐ Ingredients: Makes 5 small whole wheat breads 170g whole wheat flour, 2g salt, 4g sugar, 3g instant dry yeast, 90g water, 4g vegetable oil Yudane: 30g whole wheat flour, 30g boiled water ❐ Directions [Making Yudane] 1. Pour hot boiled water into the whole wheat flour and mix well with a spoon. 2. Cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. [Making Bread] 1. Lightly mix the whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. 2. Roughly mix in the water and oil. 3. Add the lukewarm Yudane to the dough and knead by hand for 3 minutes. 4. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes to prevent drying out. 5. After 10 minutes, knead by hand for 2 minutes. 6. Let rise until doubled in size (approximately 50 minutes). 7. Divide the dough, shape it into balls, and let it rest for 10 minutes. 8. Shape into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet. 9. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour (adjust the time depending on the room temperature). 10.
