After detailing several of Courtney's encounters with the law that would leave Frances in the care of her Grand Mother, Wendy O'Connor, we take a peak in to France Bean's own life as she matures in to a unique & thoughtful, young women. My biggest question is how did Frances Bean Cobain end up as cool as she is after being raised in such a chaotic, often violent environment?
