Sensei José Fernando Panhan, 6th Dan Aikikai, teaches Aikido free of charge to the community and students of USP Leste. Classes will begin on February 23, 2018. Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM). Many attacks we use in Aikido practice derive from sword arts. Therefore, it is fundamental to contextualize for beginners how our training was founded.
