Cars Hi-Octane Edition: The Return of the uploads

Merry Post-Christmas everyone. This video is done with Bandicam as I don't have OBS downloaded at the moment. But yeah, the last time i uploaded was January 27th which was the beginning of the year. In my post i stated that i was having alot of issues with computers throughout the whole year, so hopefully this upload is meant to hopefully put it back on track. I should mention that this is technically sorta modded it's mainly to slowly unlock the other tracks and playable characters and paintjobs but consider this video as sorta an evolution of what's to come later. I'll be doing possibly a refresh of request later on but i'll make a roster video in the future when I'm ready.
