Yıl 2025! Dünya Üzerinde Hâlâ Elektriğin Olmadığı Yer Var! Türkmenistan Sınırı-AFGANİSTAN🇦🇫

It's 2025, and there's still no electricity anywhere in the world: Qarqin (Karhın), Afghanistan's border district with Turkmenistan! Look, I'm not talking about a village; I'm talking about a district with a population of 47,000! There's no proper road to that district. We barely made it through the desert in six hours, even with a decent vehicle. The district still lacks electricity due to financial constraints and road conditions. The district's residents rely on solar energy for electricity, but that doesn't mean solar energy powers everything; it only powers the lights in our homes. There are no refrigerators, washing machines, or dishwashers in the district because solar energy isn't powerful enough to power them. They even charge their phones from batteries. Hold on tight! There's no running water in this district, meaning there are no modern fountains. There are pumps in the houses, or water pumps, that come out of the ground. People wash their clothes and dishes in these pumps. Of course, there aren't any modern toilets or bathrooms, so they carry water to the toilets and bathrooms from these pumps. We went to a flour mill; it was powered by a generator. They still use oxen to make sesame oil, and they also use oxen to plow the fields. Turkmen women weave Turkmen carpets in their homes; they're never idle. 🌸 The district is very close to the Amu River, and we're facing Turkmenistan!
