This is perhaps the most serene bike ride in Taiwan. It's Hualien's coastal bike loop than takes you along the waterfront and through the city into lush rice paddy fields. This is a must do bike loop that you have to check out while travelling Taiwan whether on a budget or not. This was one of our favourite scenic bike rides ever.
