Getting Started: Advanced Furnace PT2 - Stationeers Beginners Playthrough Series

Back in 2025, I started a tutorial series specifically aimed at newer players. Since then, the game has had multiple updates so I figured I'd redo the playthrough. This series will see me build a base from nothing. We will go through each aspect of the base carefully showing you what all the devices and structures do. By the end of the playthrough, we will have a fully functional base that has a bit of everything including a workspace that we will use for further tutorials. There are a lot of knowledgeable / clever people who play this game. I am not one of them. I'm a pretty dumb guy but if I can play this game, so can you. My aim is to explain things as I understand them in hopes it will help you understand them too. Remember, there are multiple ways of doing something in this game. What I show is just one of those ways. With the Advanced furnace built, we take our next step and setup a hot box. This will allow the furnace to maintain it's temperature for long periods.
