Learning Roots Center: Millions of children in Bangladesh lack access to quality education, leaving them without the opportunities they deserve. World Vision Bangladesh presents the "Learning Root Centre" a transformative approach that empowers children to reach their full potential through innovative, play-based learning. By focusing on five key reading skills—letter knowledge, sounding out words, reading fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension—our program equips children with the tools they need to succeed. The Learning Root Centre follows three powerful learning methods: Catch-up Sessions - Held twice a week, these sessions help children bridge gaps in their mainstream education. Life Skills-Based Education (LSBE) - Beyond academics, children learn essential life skills—empowering them to navigate daily challenges with confidence. Reading Camp - The heart of the program! Through storytelling, singing, dancing, rhyming, and crafting, children develop reading skills, comprehension, and a love for books. World Vision prioritizes children from the most vulnerable backgrounds, ensuring that no child is left behind. This initiative is not just about education—it’s about transforming lives, improving literacy rates, and building a culture of learning that lasts for generations.
