Modelling a NACA Airfoil Based Propeller on Autodesk Inventor: Parametric Equations
About 100 years ago, the NACA created the 4 digit series of mathematically defined airfoils. I parameterized the equations and put them in Autodesk Inventor, and now I can create just about any prop. The model that I have created is available on Grabcad (link below). Unfortunately, it will not work on any other software package. I'm sure if you are here you can think of uses for a customizable digital model of a propeller. Please leave a comment to tell me what you have done with the model. By the way, E.
