Our Portuguese Village House Got Flooded! Solar Panels Are Finally In On The Off-Grid Farm!

The Week started off well with the solar panels going on the stand nicely, all the concrete has been poured. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse ay that point as we woke up to a pool of water in the kitchen! Plumber had to be called in, made a big hole in the wall to discover the leak was actually not even in our house! We were expecting the heat but not to get flooded during the dry season! Luckily the plumber managed to get us sorted in a day and we cheered ourselves up by making more jam! This time apricot jam!
