How to communicate with people who have hearing loss (deaf awareness)

If you search for 'Deaf Awareness Training' on Google, there are a lot of sites returned, but if you ask a 'person in the street' what it means, they're unlikely to be able to tell you. That's why we called our video 'Communicating with people who have hearing loss', it may not be as popular, but it's easy to understand. This video is aimed at people who have little or no understanding of hearing loss, deafness or what can be done to help two-way communication. Although people sometimes receive some training at work, it's probably even more likely that this video will be more relevant to someone's personal life - communicating with an elderly relative, a neighbour or a stranger in the street.
