SWEET POTATO PONE RECIPE🇹🇹 TRINIDAD || TRINBAGO INGREDIENTS: 3lbs- Sweet potato 1- 11/2lbs- Tania 1/2lb- Pumpkin 3- Coconut(6 cups coconut milk) 2-3tbsp- Black pepper 2tbsp- Goldenray/ Dove (1tbsp to grease pans) 1/2-1cup- Coconut husk 11/2tbsp- Nutmeg 2tbsp- Cinnamon powder 1tbsp- Cardamom powder 1tbsp- Allspice powder 5tbsp- Vanilla ssence 1tbsp- Bitters (original/orange) 1-2tsp- Vanilla extract 1-2tsp- Noyea extract 1-2tsp- Nutmeg extract 1-2tsp- Pina colada extract 2-tbsp- Freshly grated ginger 3cups- Sugar/to taste 1/2cups- Raisins METHOD: STEP1: Grater the pumpkin, tania, and sweet potatoes on the finest side of your grater then mix to combine. STEP2: Add all other ingredients to the mixture then combine. STEP3: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. STEP4: Grease the baking pans using the salted butter, full the pan up to 3/4, then place to bake in the preheated oven.
