Yerti finally gets some powers that are less cool than Corvo's, but alright. Using these new powers, he gets tatted at the Red Camellia Beauty Parlor to go undercover as an Eyeless gang member. Yerti stumbles across a high profile gang member Ivan Jacobi preparing for a speech and makes him fall through a trap door, allowing him to rob Ivan's house for a key which may lead to the Outsider's Knife. Contracts such as kidnapping the Spector Club's bartender, staging a Mime's 'suicide', solving workplace harassment, releasing the prisoner in the Brozenar Taxidermy Shop, and returning a kidnapped brother are completed before Yerti moves on to Shan Yun's house where the second key is nabbed.
