Prepare the sauce and combine it with the vegetables. Wet a piece of parchment paper and cover the vegetables with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F). Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil and butter. Seal the meat. Once it begins to brown, add the onion. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté. Add the raisins and prunes. Add a small amount of water to the meat.
