Cost of Living can be expensive in NJ, and the same goes for Long Branch New Jersey. The median sales price for a home goes for $655,000 in Monmouth County, but that increases to $730,000 in Long Branch. On top of this, property taxes in New Jersey can be quite high, although Long Branch NJ gets a little break compared to other locations. The Long Branch Public School District is not rated as highly as some other districts in Monmouth County NJ. Niche.com has the district as a C+, houses 5,500 students, and a 12 to 1 student to teacher ratio.
