The story goes that former Playboy model and actress Barbi Benton convinced Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner to buy a mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, which is now famously known as the Playboy Mansion. In the 1970s the mansion became famous thanks to media reports of its lavish parties attended by celebrities and socialites. The mansion is also famous for Heff’s Playboy bunnies, its trademark grotto, and a basement gym with a sauna below the bathhouse.
