Watch Me Work in the Garden 1

In this first video of the Watch Me Work in the Garden series, I begin documenting the hands-on work we are doing through Thrivival Academy around Saint Matthew Baptist Church, where our nonprofit operates. In this video, I plant flowers and banana plants, dig out space for a 100 gallon oval stock tank, and begin turning it into a backyard-style pond feature for the church property. The stock tank was generously donated by Brandon Moore, and it will become part of the outdoor improvements we are building over time. This series is about more than gardening. It is about building something real from the ground up. I will be documenting the work I am doing to grow Thrivival Academy, improve the church property, create a better environment for youth and families, and show what nonprofit work looks like behind the scenes. Follow along as we build, plant, clean, improve, and create something meaningful for the community.
