Mix 4 cups of glutinous rice flour with 500cc of water from the pot to remove any lumps. Add glutinous rice paste to the boiling water and stir for 10-20 seconds. Once it boils again, turn off the heat. Remove to the side and let cool completely, stirring occasionally. ★Prepare Vegetables 1 bunch of green mustard (approximately 900g), 1 bunch of green onions (approximately 320g) - Chop as small as possible. 2 pears (approximately 900g) and 2 radishes (approximately 2260g) - Chop for easy grating. ★Seasoning Preparation: *Grind the pear and radish in a blender and set aside. *Grind 500g of anchovy sauce, 500g of salted shrimp, 200g of ginger, 200g of salted cutlassfish intestines, and 300g of allulose in a blender. *Add the chopped mustard greens and green onions, the seasoning blended in a blender, the cooled glutinous rice paste, the ground radish and pear, 1kg of coarse red pepper flakes, 500g of fine red pepper flakes, and 800g of minced garlic. Mix well. *Add seasoning to taste. (Example: 100cc of anchovy sauce, 100cc of anchovy sauce)
