This is of the raid done back in December 06 with RDogs and EndlessPariah, the first ally to take Frintezza down on the Kain server. One of the crazier bosses, you have Frintezza who you don't fight directly and Scarlett Von Halisha who has 2 different forms and multiple attacks depending on what song is playing.
