Shortbread Society from Goldbelly: Cherry Bakewell, Billionaire’s Shortbread & Peanut Butter Cup

This is a taste test/review of the Cherry Bakewell, Billionaire’s Shortbread and Peanut Butter Cup from Shortbread Society. These were bought for us by Courtney! Cherry Bakewell - a layer of Granny Pearl’s Shortbread with a pinch of salt, followed by a layer of raspberry & almond pie filling with Maraschino cherries, a layer of almond shortbread, a finishing layer of almond glaze and a cherry on top. Billionaire’s Shortbread - dark chocolate topping, edible gold top, followed by a layer of traditional Scottish Highland caramel and Granny Pearl’s buttery shortbread with just the right amount of salt. Peanut Butter Cup - layered with milk chocolate ganache, peanut butter graham cracker filling, Original Granny Pearl’s shortbread, and 1 Peanut Butter Cup!
