Move along the map, choose your own adventure, and weigh the risks and rewards. You’ll meet companions along the way. Together with them, you create your own playstyle. The perfect build might come together in seamless synchronicity — or it could go the other way. Party and equipment: Companions follow the same rules as the hero. Items only work when equipped. Your choice of equipment directly impacts the party’s behavior and how the build works as a whole. One item could make a character the key to success. Another could turn them into dead weight. Item auras: Items exist on their own. But they really shine when they start to influence each other. Some items have auras and strengthen adjacent items.
