Profit & Margin App Demo: Original Margin Intel Prototype
In this demo, I walk through the original Profit & Margin app prototype that later evolved into Margin Intel. This early build focused on helping food and beverage founders better understand product profitability, gross margin, ingredient costs, pricing, and cost drivers at the product level. The goal was simple: give operators a clearer way to see whether a product is actually profitable and what levers they can pull to improve margin. This prototype became the foundation for a more advanced AI-powered margin intelligence workflow, connecting product inputs, cost assumptions, pricing decisions, and reformulation opportunities. This is part of my AI strategy and business workflow archive, where I share practical examples of how AI and simple decision tools can help business leaders move from guesswork to better operating decisions.
