Are The Rowenta Steam Irons Sold by Amazon REFURBISHED?? Are You Scared By All The Negative Reviews?

If you're considering buying a Rowenta Steam Iron from Amazon, watch this video first. I spent over 6 hours reading reviews on three Rowenta Steam Iron models. Not just on Amazon, but also Home Depot, Walmart, and other websites. I considered purchasing the following Models of Steam Irons: Rowenta DW2459, Rowenta DW5280, and Rowenta DW8360. I also called Rowenta customer service. The number of consistent complaints and negative reviews for those Rowenta Steam Irons (not just one model) mixed in with just some positive reviews, was downright confusing and puzzling. I decided to take a shot and purchase the Rowenta DW 8360 steam iron and I share my thoughts in this video. I also discuss where Rowenta steam irons are manufactured. Rowenta used to manufacture their irons in Germany. Then they moved partially to China. This year they closed the German plant. There are only two Rowenta models that are made in France! The Rowenta DW9440 and the Rowenta DW9540. The rest of Rowenta's steam irons are made in China. If the Rowenta steam irons on Amazon are not refurbished, is this a case of really poor manufacturing quality? My current Rowenta iron was made in China and I have had no issues. I love it. That is why I was looking to buy another one. So it can't just be a case of "made in china" as the issue.
