No Meta. No DLC. No Problem. — Payday 2 DSOD Starter Build

In another episode of Payday 2 build making, I created a true starter build utilizing no DLC, no meta, and with the starting default loadout in Payday 2 for death sentence or one down. I hope this video proves the point that you don't need broken builds or have to pay money to play the highest difficulties in the game.
