Sometimes you find a kilt off the rack, or find a used kilt online, that is perfect for you except for the length. Can you simply cut and hem a kilt to shorten it to the correct length for you? NO. To put it another way…..no. Or at the very least, it is really unlikely that you will be happy with the results.
