If its Pain Sync, turn around so you stop attacking. He will reflect whatever damage he takes while readying the move. As his hit points drop he will weapon skill more frequently. So use yours when he does, as long as it isn't Pain Sync. I'm attempting this as a Warrior / Samurai with 1200 Job Points Warrior solo with trusts.
