Well for the leader he is balanced, low costs, decent to high damage, but short animations while also having no launch while outside his stacked super mode! Him being fast and all of his attacks building stacks means he has got a lot more to care about than just health when getting hit. His assist however is a character killer because it teleports away to a position close to your corner, literally the reason Aiyon assist is banned in streams.
