一鍋到底超台三明治|5分鐘鮪魚蛋,營養每天都想吃!肉蛋吐司超爆汁|只洗一隻鍋子就完事!

I never imagined the "one-pot" series could evolve into sandwiches! Just one pot, throw all the ingredients in and you're done! I designed two Taiwanese flavors: Tuna with Scallions and Egg, made with canned tuna And my favorite, Meat and Egg Toast I'm going to make all these recipes while lying down! /Tuna, Scallion, and Egg Toast Ingredients (1 serving) Canned tuna 1/2 can, about 90g Diceed onion 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Black pepper a pinch Sautéing oil a little Eggs 3 Chopped scallions 1/2 tbsp Cheese 1 slice Lettuce 2 leaves Tomato 1-2 leaves 1. Drain the tuna slightly, mix with onion, mayonnaise, and black pepper. 1. Separately beat the egg mixture with chopped green onions and salt. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, lightly dip the toast in the egg mixture, flip it over, and heat until set. 3. Flip all the ingredients over, and arrange cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tuna sauce in that order. 4. Fry the toast over medium-low heat until golden brown and crispy, then fold the egg and toast together. /Meat and Egg Toast Ingredients (1 serving) Pork tenderloin slices (approx. 100g) White pepper (a pinch) Soy sauce, rice wine (1/2 tsp each) Minced garlic (1-2 cloves) All-purpose flour (a little, just enough to coat the pork) Eggs (2) Frying oil (a little) White toast (2 slices) Mayonnaise (approx. 1/2 tbsp) Cured cucumber (1/3), shredded White pepper powder (a pinch) Ketchup A small amount Instructions 1. Cut pork tenderloin into chunks. If too thick, flatten slightly. Add pepper, soy sauce, rice wine, and minced garlic. Massage evenly and let sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight. 2. Coat the pork tenderloin chunks with a thin layer of flour. Separately, beat the egg with a pinch of salt. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the pork tenderloin chunks until cooked through on both sides. Wipe off excess flour with kitchen paper towels to prevent burning. 4. Pour in the egg mixture, cover with two slices of toast, and flip once the egg mixture has set. 5. Garnish with cucumber, ketchup, and white pepper. 6. Spread a little mayonnaise on a slice of toast, then arrange mayonnaise, cucumber, ketchup, and white pepper in that order.
