The Warwick RockBass Streamer Standard has undergone a massive upgrade, and Andy Irvine from Warwick Basses Germany is here to show you exactly what’s new. With a more sculpted body shape, premium materials like a Carolina body and a 3-piece laminated maple neck, the RockBass is now more comfortable and visually striking than ever. The fretboard features Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT), eliminating fret sprout, and the use of wenge gives the bass a balanced, articulate tone that blends the clarity of maple with the warmth of rosewood. The electronics have received a significant boost as well. MEC passive vintage humbuckers deliver a rich, fat sound, while active treble and bass controls give you complete tonal flexibility, with the ability to boost or cut frequencies for a wide range of sounds. The copper-shielded electronics cavity ensures a quiet, interference-free performance, and the quick-release electronics cover makes battery changes a breeze. Available in multiple configurations—4-string, 5-string, right-handed, left-handed, fretted, and fretless—the RockBass Streamer comes in a variety of finishes, including the sleek matte black seen here.
