JPH Finger Exercises for accordion players
These exercises are something that I have been doing for several years now. I feel reduced warm-up times and increased flexibility. I mostly found out that they really helped me during times that I am not able to play accordion regularly. My biggest thing was that when I did not play a lot, the fingers got stiff and slow. Doing these exercises regularly minimized that effect and helped keep some semblance of finger mobility alive.
