She kept eating as much sugar as she could and for the same reason, she was always running around, playing, and even jumping. The problem was that she wasn't paying attention and was always very irritable. The only way to make her happy was to give her more sugar. But the more sugar she ate, the more irritable she became. And sugar often causes that effect. At first, it makes you very happy and full of energy, but very soon, all that energy disappears, and you can end up very tired. In addition, excess sugar is linked to bad moods, as a person becomes less tolerant of stress. For the same reason, her mother insisted and took away all the sweets she had. But Lesly continued to disobey. One day, the teacher reported to her mother that Lesly wasn't paying attention, was constantly running around, and was always very tired. Her mother explained things to her again, but Lesly continued to disobey. Then one day, she started getting a lot of cavities, felt very dizzy and nauseous, and even had diarrhea. It was all due to the excess sugar, so she had to go to the doctor for a checkup. The doctor explained that products with added sugars are very bad, and that it was best to eat natural foods, which already contain natural sugars, like fruits and vegetables. Because vegetables also have sugar, you don't need to eat foods with added sugars; you just need a good diet to be healthy, strong, and full of energy.
