When we first found this elderly grandmother and her granddaughter, they were living inside a broken roadside canteen that was never meant to be a home. Under the scorching summer sun, with almost no food and only a few sips of water left, every day was a struggle for survival. What began as a visit quickly became a mission. Together with the *Debris to Debut* team, we carefully demolished the unsafe structure and built a warm, safe container home from the ground up. Every step—from clearing the debris to installing the final light—was completed with one goal: to give this family a place where they could finally feel secure, comfortable, and hopeful again.
