Advanced Cicerone Practices Blind Tasting: Beer Style Identification
This is an unedited recording of a practice blind style identification flight to prepare for the blind tasting section of the Master Cicerone exam. As an Advanced Cicerone and tasting instructor I taste five beers and attempt to identify them in a 10 minute timespan. I use flavor components including aroma, mouthfeel, alcohol content, appearance, and taste to identify each beer on the flight. I typically write my notes, so I'm still getting used to saying them out loud. If you'd like to see more videos like this let me know (I have dozens!)
