Doku: Japan Feinkost 2 – das Ende einer Ära
Masatoshi Fukue has finally closed his "Japan Delicatessen" in Hamburg. I spent several months with him for this documentary. We witness the preparation of onigiri, the sale of rice, a toast to 70 years of Japanese Delicatessen (40 of them with Fukue as owner), and the tidying up. It might sound a bit dramatic, but it REALLY is the end of an era! 00:00 – Intro 00:52 – What's happened so far 01:37 – Life in the shop 07:47 – The last day 18:47 – Cleaning up Editing, camera, lighting, and production: Nicklas Just
