ROCKIN´ SUMMER FEST VLOG - Sondre & Tanya

Rockin' Summer Festival is organised by our friends Dimitri and Alessia. The first time we got to know these guys was in 2016, when we were invited to Venice for teaching at the dance school of Alessia's parents. One of the remarkable moments at that time was when Alessia's father taught us the proper grip for the famous backflip of Sondre. Before that my hands were often sliding down my dress which was dangerous for Sondre. But after that trip I never ever failed Sondre and his backflip was always solid and safe. I am forever thankful for that. I also remember that Alessia was changing her dance partner to Dimitri and we had many interesting talks about it and about life and choices in general. That is when I got good feelings and connection towards her. In a couple of years Dimitri invited us to his early edition of Rocking'Summer Festival in Bologna. It was a great pleasure to take part in such a relaxed chill event. The biggest impression for Sondre was the fact that he could teach in flip flops while drinking some spritz right before the class. All students were so happy and friendly. Good human connection was as valuable as the desire to learn proper dance techniques. This current edition we spent in the same amazing way! Having fun in the swimming pool, dancing much and listening to the good live music. Italy is always welcoming. At this edition we made a decision to prepare a show together with the guys, so maybe you will get to see the video of it when it is ready! I was especially happy to see the appreciation and care for Bogdan. He was accepted by the whole community and everyone told me how well-brought boy he is. As a mother I am proud and happy to know that my son is liked so much. We were all invited back next year and can't wait to come again.
