How to ACE that ABA BEHAVIOR THERAPIST INTERVIEW

WOO! I passed the exam! As I was interviewing for my first BCBA role, I thought about how nervous I was for my first ever ABA Therapist role!! I did some research on GlassDoor and found the most common questions employers ask and heres the main ones I found: Why would you be a good therapist. What have you done in the past. What terms did I know about ABA - what intensifies behavior, what decreases it, what restraining techniques do I know, what schedules do I know - DRO, DRE, DRI, etc. How do you respond to a child is hitting you, punching you, scratching you or spitting on you What does autism mean to you? What would you do if you had an angry child who didn’t want to work? How do you prepare for your first case with a company? What would you do to make sure you're hitting the ground running Let me know what you think!
