Rachmaninov Played here by Moura Lymphany Alfred Rudolfovich Eberling, born in 1872 in the present day city of Zgierz in central Poland is chiefly remembered for being a painter, teacher and member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. What is generally little known about the man are his photographic works. Here I present a showcase of his photograophs taken in the summer of 1899 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
