Tenants Evicted So the Landlord Can Renovate
Not all evictions are simple—and some test the officers in unexpected ways. In this episode of Can’t Pay? We’ll Take It Away!, Paul and Steve are called to evict two groups of tenants from a property the landlord wants to renovate. Later, they face a difficult situation at a house with poor living conditions, where the eviction drags into the night and forces them to make a tough call. Finally, they head to a high-end London flat, where the postcode may be expensive—but the debt is still very real. From difficult decisions to unexpected delays, this episode shows how eviction is rarely black and white.
