Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 4 Review | It's lighter, but is it faster?

The Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 4 is the fourth generation of Puma’s carbon-plated racing shoe and sits below the Fast-R series within the brand’s performance lineup. It is designed as a lightweight, full-stack road racing shoe intended for a wide range of runners. The upper uses a mono-mesh Ultraweave construction with minimal padding to reduce weight while maintaining structure, and the midsole consists of a dual-density Nitro Elite foam made from aliphatic TPU, with a softer top layer and firmer bottom layer.
