Loom Knitting - Headphone Stitch and Ice Cream Cone Pattern 2025

Loom knitting video for my looming friends! I like to experiment with stitches and patterns, and this is my favorite of both that I've come up with so far: Headphone stitch and Ice Cream Cone pattern. Headphone stitch: Combines a reverse-e-wrap stitch with a heart stitch into 1 stitch. Reverse e-wrap is something I don't think I've seen anyone do before, but that's not to say it hasn't been done! The heart stitch I learned about from this video by LoomaHat, who credits Teresa Higby (@reesfun) for the stitch:    • How to Loom knit the Super EASY Tiny Heart...   Ice Cream Cone pattern: Uses stitches: Headphone stitch, ewrap, purl, and "skip behind peg". EDIT on number of pegs needed (2025 Nov 17) Flat panels: You can use any number of pegs if making a flat panel. In the round: the pattern looks better with an even number of pegs. Notes on flat panels: a. You can swap out the 1st and last peg "purls" for other stitches if you like -- some folks like to alternate knit/purl on the start and end pegs of flat panels, and that works fine here. b. You can also choose to not do any stitch on pegs that are "The first peg of the row you're about to start working" (This is sometimes called your "turning peg"). Note on all 4 versions of this pattern: Essentially, for rows 2 and 4, any peg that has the Headphone stitch on it gets purled, and any peg that has an ewrap on it gets skipped.
